We are intimately familiar with these destinations, making us best equipped to offer localized advice and feedback. We want to ensure we are planning the best experiences for you, and to us, that involves being incredibly familiar with the location.
2 / What do you charge?
Cost to be finalized. Our consultation call is always complimentary.
3 / What is included in the cost?
Our flat fee includes the initial in-depth conversation, custom itineraries, and unlimited communication and support throughout the planning process. The fee also covers any time we spend booking hotels or activities on your behalf.
4 / How far in advance of my trip should we start working together?
The more time we have to work together, the better! You’ll have more options and availability farther out. It is never too early to reach out to us.
5 / I'm a few weeks out from my trip - can you help?
Of course. The closer you are to your trip date, the more likely it is that popular hotels and activities are booked, but we are always happy to help.
6 / Do you book accommodations, travel or activities?
No. Because we are not a travel agent, we do not book airfare. However, we can work with you on hotel and activity booking.
7 / Do you earn commissions or fees from activities I book?
No. We never take a fee or commission. You can rest assured that all advice and recommendations are our own.
8 / When do I pay?
50% of the set price is due once we begin planning the trip. The remaining 50% is due when your trip itinerary is provided. Contact us today for a free consultation.
